Ten whole pages of SomethingAwful.com photoshopped Watchmen parodies... but the most priceless by far is the very last one on this page. OH YEAH~!

I went here and listened to some recordings of Jeff Rowland, the guy who does WIGU, being interviewed for this radio show. I really really love WIGU (and I long for a Sheriff Pony plushie), but I had ( Read more... )

I was interviewed on radio once--it was pretty lame. The interviewer was a FOB Asian who could not speak a single sentence without fumbling at least twice. Not to say that I wasn't a fumbling idiot either, but you know, I'm not the one getting paid for it 9_9. And for some reason, partway through the interview, he felt compelled to ask me if I was on any drugs. The whole situation was very "wtf"-inducing.

A lot of the time, when I listen to radio interviews or just radio DJs talking in general, it seems like they have absolutely no idea what they're talking about but just keep going anyway. Probably they're told not to allow any any silences or long pauses, so they just have to blurt out whatever random junk pops into their head.

It's pretty cool that you got interviewed, though. What was it for?

It was just at this college radio station for when I placed in that TokyoPop Rising Stars of Manga contest. And yes, my radio interviewer was pretty clueless, rolls eyes.

ALSO, he was a creepy middle-aged Asian child vulture! Afterwards he was asking for my phone number and if I wanted to go dinner with him, and he asked me if I had a boyfriend (wtf?), and like a week later he leaves a message on my phone saying he saw me at a restaurant. :(
