Chapter 1
Yuto smile as his stretch his hand to Misa but unfortunately the latter was hiding her hand behind her back not letting Yuto to hold it.
“What’s wrong?” Yuto asked his girlfriend but the girl just silent with her face creased.
“Hey, don’t be like this… if you had something to say, then say it…”
“Gomennasai Yuto-kun… I can’t fulfill our promise.” She finally open her mouth. She closed her eyes when she let out her next word unable to face Yuto because she know, what she about to tell the latter are something that he couldn’t accepted. “I want to break up with you.”
“…” Yuto couldn’t say anything and just blink his eyes.
“Oh come on Misa-chan… don’t joke around with me.” Yuto chuckle as he heard that. But when he saw how his girlfriend look at him after he said that… he realize that isn’t a joke. “But---but why?”
“I have someone else, I just realize that we are not fit together. I’m sorry Yuto for doing this to you but I have no choice” Misa bow politely in front of the already stiffened Yuto and quickly walk away.
“No… no… NO!!!”

‘Buk!’ a sound like something had crashed with the floor had manage to catch Hikaru’s attention from inside the toilet. With his teeth still half brushed, his hand hold his toothbrush and the other hand holding a mug full with water… he dash out from the toilet to the bedroom where he heard the loud crashing sound came from.
“Seriously… what actually had happened to you Yuto…” Hikaru eyes widen when he found Yuto sitting on the floor while rubbing his head.
“I just fall from my bed… and my head knocked with the floor, that’s all.” Yuto answered as he try to stand up. His head still spinning because of the hard contact with the hard floor earlier.
“Are you sure that you are okay?” Hikaru doubt as he see Yuto stand up by climbing the bed and holding the wall.
“I think so…” Yuto answered as soon as he manage to stand still. Yuto blink his eyes as he look at Hikaru. “I’m ok now… go resume brushing your teeth.” He added and start doing some simple morning exercise.
Realizing that he still had his toothbrush on his hand and his mouth full with bubble, Hikaru quickly walk out from their room and going back to the toilet.
Yuto sigh heavily as his mind replaying the dream he get last night that make him fall from his comfort bed. It is not just a dream actually… I was one of his nightmare. A year ago his girlfriend who his love so much had leave him behind to go with another guy.
Yuto chuckles as he remembered that. “Love? Huh?! I don’t believe in that anymore… and it is all because of you Misa. Why did you leave me? Is that guy so good? Is he smart?” he never know the answer of all his question regarding why his lover choose that guy over him.
“Ugh… this is bothersome!!” he harshly landed his body back on the bed. Today was the opening day for his university and it is his job as the senior student there to give a big welcome to their new kouhai. “I don’t wanna go out…” he start to whining.
“I won’t let you do that.” Hikaru who just entering the room said. “Today is important you know right.” He added more as he walk to his closet to pick the perfect shirt he should wear todays.
“Oh come on… what’s so special with greeting the new student and flashing them your fake smile. It is just bothersome and something useless to do because later they will come to learn your true nature which is not as perfect as they see you the first time.” Yuto said with a sarcasm tone. “Well, and I not referring that to you actually because I know who you are. You are a good guy. I’m talking about the others”
“I know that…”
Hikaru sigh heavily and shake his head. He don’t know what he should do to change his friend way of thinking. “Look Yuto… I don’t say that what you just say is wrong but I also won’t say that it is right. Yes indeed they will know that later but won’t it be great if they have a good perception of you from the first time.” Hikaru take out a white plain shirt, a long trouser and a black jacket from his closet before he walk toward Yuto.
“Won’t you see this as an opportunity to find a new love, it is time for you to move on and find someone new.”
“I already said right… I don’t believe in that word anymore.” Yuto answered as his eyes locked to the white ceiling above him.
“I don’t care… whatever the reason is, you still need to go out from our dorm. You still need to attend the first class today right, which is this morning.” Hikaru said while smirking to him.
Yuto roll his eyes before slowly lift his body up, take his towel and walk to the toilet to clean his body and take a quick bath.
“Ah damn!! Because of him… now I’m late for the student council meeting.” Hikaru quickly wear his cloth and then dash out from his shared room heading toward the meeting room.

It only take 5 minute for Yuto to start yawning after he sit on the chair in the music club booth. It thirty minutes pass two o’clock and Yuto still didn’t get his lunch yet. Asking why he willingly to sit there and waiting a new student to come joining the club rather than go eat his lunch? Well it is because Hikaru had promise him that after he finish his job there he will pay for his lunch later.
“Urgh… this job make me sleepy…” Yuto groan and rest his head on the chair.
Just before Yuto eyelid is about to close, he hear a faint voice. “Ano… is this the music club?”
Yuto try to hold his sleepiness from over take his body by holding his temple and massaging it. “Yeah, this is the music club.” He answered lifelessly without even looking at who he is talking too.
“Oh… um… we want to join this club.”
Hearing that Yuto quickly take out the registration paper. “How many?” he asked the soon to be the music club member. When he heard the latter said for two people, Yuto nod lightly and take two of the registration paper and give it to them.
“Take this, fill in all the blank part then please return it back to us at the club room this evening. Thank you.”

“So how’s your work?”
Yuto turn his face toward Hikaru who is walking to him with a wide smile plastered onto his face.
Yuto look at him weirdly. “What’s wrong with you?”
“You are not gonna believe me if I say that I just meet someone who had make my heart goes doki doki!” Hikaru exclaimed as he take a sit beside Yuto.
“Oh yeah… and he is our new kouhai.” Yuto guested and Hikaru nodded his head.
“I got to know what is his name and what courses did he took.”
“Wait.” Yuto creased his face. “Him? The one whose make your heart goes doki doki is a guy?”
“Yeah… he was so beautiful, you must help me to know him.”
“Wow… easy Romeo” Yuto said with an unbelievable look onto his face. “First thing is you own me a supper and now I am so hungry. Food first, love later okay.”
“Oh yeah… I almost forgot about lunch. Come, lets go to the usual café” Hikaru stand up and start walking with Yuto beside him to go get their supper.

“Hey, what is happening here… no new members?” Takaki commented as he look around the club room and found the face as last year. “Isn’t there is someone outside there who like music?” Takaki look at Yuto.
“Yuto you are the one who’s supposed to give the registration paper to the new student out there if they want to join us right.”
Yuto shrug his shoulder. “I already did what need to be done. If I still remember, there is two people who asked to join us. I already give them the paper, so if they really wanted to join us… they will some here.” Yuto said nonchalantly.
“How about you Hikaru?” Now Takaki is asking Hikaru and like Yuto the latter can only shrug his shoulder.
“Sorry… I was too busy with the student council.”
“Damn student council!” Takaki cursed. “I hope they will come.” Takaki face the door as he clap his hand two time as he is pray for the door to be opened by a new member. “Please… if we couldn’t get a new member this year, this club will be abolished.”
“Wait… wait… wait. How come you never mention about that matter to us Yuya?” The other club member named Okamoto Keito asked him.
“It is because that I forgot about it!!! Argh!!! Please door, please open up and give us a new member.”
“You should tell us about that sooner.” Now it is Yuto who is complaining.
“I said I’m sorry right. Rather then you mad at me… better you pray from that two student to really join us if you really don’t wanna this club to be abolished.”
The other club member including Yuto is praying for the door to be opened by a student who wanted to join them.
Then after a long and restless minutes of waiting… finally they heard the door opened by that two first year undergraduates.
“Sorry for bothering you, we wanted to join the club.” The two of them bow in front of their senpai politely.
When the two student straighten back their body and when Yuto can completely see their face… He is startle;
“I’m Inoo Kei and this is my friend.”
“Ah… um, hey… I’m Yamada Ryosuke… nice to meet you senpai” The other guy introduce his self and Yuto can totally see that he is trembling showing that he is a bit nervous. But that is not the reason why Yuto is startle when he saw his two kouhai.
Yuto turn his face away from staring more of his Kouhai face. “Why, Misa…”
