Doujinshi translation?

I found this one sweet doujinshi tittled "Yume Utsutsu Kairou" with Nihon post-series theme and (seems like) a cute and heartwarming storyline, but it was raw. At first I didn't quite care about the text and just try to understand through the picture, but then the pictures seems nice and sweet so now I really want to know what they're talking about
