Oh, that's awesome! International schools are fun (if you don't count the fact that every year someone leaves T_T). Right now I'm attending a bilingual school, although it's not international.
I don't know really, I got it from an icon bundle, with no additional info about the original anime. :x It just caught my eye. ~
I think I can understand the feeling where people think that you're a brat coming from somewhere amazing but you come to this normal school now.
I was educated in English throughout my kindergarten years and I went to the Chinese Pre-school class once but I obviously couldn't keep up with them so I switched back to English Pre-school class.
I went to a Chinese primary school and I couldn't communicate with my classmates because I speak only English and them, Mandarin but I'm partially thankful or else I couldn't learn Japanese at all :) but this had an impact on my self-esteem..
I'm in a goverment school now so this is my last year around but I'm grateful for being able to make multi-racial friends :D It's so much better than being with Chinese people themselves.
Being with multi-racial people is just so fun, you basically get the taste of all nations, if you're lucky. :D
But the negative consequences are kind of harsh on both children and teenagers, so I wonder whether it was luck indeed? Isn't this where the saying "You have to take the good with the bad" comes in?
