My mom got an invitation to her sister's wedding

I feel so bad for my mom. She got an invitation to her sister's wedding on Sept 10, 2011, in England. But the thing is that she can't got to England due to the fact she have no money left.  Her sister should know that my mom is to poor to go to England. :( I bet it's my mom dreams to see her sister getting marry and move back to England.

Yeah that's what I was thinking when my mom said about getting invitation, it will be pretty cool to see each others.
I'm not sure by the look of mom's thinking I guess not I don't even sure how rich or poor my mom's family is. What's JobCentreplus? is it like helping people to get jobs? I don't think there one over here :(
