I've been meaning to do this for a while, but I always forget. Some months ago I bought "Death Note King" doujinshi from an auction. Since Riset.OOC Riset.IC usually draws MelloNear, I wanted this one for my collection.

Hahaha, esta autora les cambia los nombres cada vez que no los escribe en japonés, es muy graciosa (>wBuf, yo al MM le tengo una tirria absoluta. Al principio me gustaba la pareja porque es divertido explorar otras cosas, pero cuando esas otras cosas empiezan a acapararlo todo y casi no te dejan explorar lo tuyo, entonces dejan de molar, haha

No sé si el MN está mejor o peor visto, pero es un hecho que de MM hay muchísimo más que MN, y que Matt está en todas partes (^^;
Hay tantísimo que resulta imposible hablar de Mello o de Death Note en general sin que Matt aparezca en la conversación. De hecho, el otro día una chica quiso hablar sobre Light en una de las comunidades de DN, y comentó que la principal razón que había escuchado cientos de veces por las que mucha gente parece odiar a Light es que "mató a Matt y a Mello". Parece el gran crímen que ha cometido Light a los ojos del fandom, matar a los dos amantes de la historia. Mira que es malo este Light (-o-; (y eso que ni siquiera los mató él).

I can totally relate.

I can't even count the times I've felt disappointed when a fanartist or writer suddenly becomes enamored with a new/different character or pairing and forgets about drawing/writing your favorite one. ;_; Sure, that's just the way things go. Like, I used to be a biiig MM fan back in the day. But, things like that still kinda ruin your day.

If it makes you feel better just remember that this circle did a lot more MN material than anything else. Clearly, she really loves the pairing enough to dedicate books and books to them even if she has an... interesting way of showing it. ^^

Riset.IC kept drawing MN doujinshi, but those became filled with tons of MM and Matt love as well, which was so annoying. orz
It's like her whole stories are Matt <-- Mello <-- Near.

I can't imagine you as a MM fan, hahaha. Did you draw any fanart of them? (^^;
I wonder what made you change to become such a passionate fan of a different pairing, though I'm personally glad that you did *laughs* (Near needs more love).

To be fair, MN still has the most amount in her books. But it's so crack and half of it can't count as pairing stuff ;;

Waaa, that's very interesting! I find it really beautiful that you tried your best to improve just for Near (><)
I'm very happy that Near has a fan like yourself, your love for him really shows in your art. You definitely are one of the few people in this fandom that I look up to, so keep being awesome!

Haha, I guess that many MM fans see their deaths as a lovers tragedy. I find Matt's death as tragic as it could be Yagami papa's or the whole mafia's, but no one remembers those ;;. To Mello, all of them seem to mean the same: deaths he doesn't enjoy but that he doesn't avoid either, because his goals > people's lives. (Okay, I guess that he genuinely doesn't care much for the mafia because those people are scum to him anyway, so they are on a lower level than innocent people and... why am I rambling about this *shot*)
