Someone in the lolita community talked about a Japanese dorama called Happy Boys. She recommended it because a lolita appears in all the episodes.

The thing is that I started watching the first episode, and in the very first scene during the very first seconds...

Watari appeared.

Same clothes, same hat, same briefcase where he keeps L's computer
