So, my dog is not doing so well. She's had arthritis for a long time, but in the past few days, she's deteriorated really quickly. She falls down a lot, and has to be carried up any sort of stairs. Of course, all of the entrances to our house have stairs, and even though there's only one or two, she can't make it by herself. The vet has no clue

Thanks. She's actually doing a bit better now, and we're hoping that she'll recover. We think it could have been a stroke, and while her balance will probably always be a bit off, she'll hopefully be okay.

Thanks. She's gotten a bit better, so hopefully it's something she'll continue to recover from. Now we're thinking it might have been a stroke, or Vestibulary disease, both of which she'll probably be able to recover (mostly) from. She's eating and drinking now, and she seems less out-of-it, so we're just hoping she keeps getting better.
