I'm guessing na kung sa UP Diliman na summer course sa Alpha/Asian Center/Romulo Hall yan no? 'coz wala naman inooffer ata linguistics ngayon... Okay naman dun, dun ako nagreview for JLPT and all teachers are Japanese...
If you're aiming for fluency, maraming nagsasabi na maganda daw sa Nihongo Center (may branch sila near FEU at sa Makati) at so far lahat ng nakilala ko na galing dun is ok and proper yung Japanese... Di ko lang alam personally kasi di pa ako napapadpad dun, LOL

I think alpha and nihongo center lang ang non-university based na somehow affiliated with Japan Foundation (the one doing proficiency tests)... di nga lang ako sure LOL Basta ingat ka sa language schools na kaiten nihongo lang ang tinuturo...
