Hello and Welcome to the Black Forest Market: Claims Booth!
If you wanted a certain item from an unreleased set, but do not want to buy the whole set, then you are in the right place. This booth operates slightly different than my others in that you can claim or pre-order items. It provides people a chance to buy a particular item from a set of items without having to buy the whole set. The Black Forest Market: Claims Booth runs like a group buy/claims post on PKMNCollectors. I will be buying sets of items and dividing them among myself and those who participate. There is a mixture of Pokemon and non-Pokemon items, so hopefully something catches your eye.

As the seller, I reserve the right to refuse a transaction if I do not feel comfortable conducting business with a particular buyer.
Do NOT edit or delete comments.
There is a minimum purchase price of $5.00.
Commitment takes priority over quotes! Be clear if you are committing (i.e. "Committed to x" or "I'll take x to [LOCATION]").
If I do not respond to your comment within seventy-two (72) hours, please leave another comment and let me know! Also, if your comment is marked as "Suspicious," please leave another comment notifying me!
No holds! There have been too many people asking for holds and then disappearing.
I accept reasonable haggling and trades for items on my Wish List ( Pokemon and non-Pokemon) are accepted. However, please do not be offended if I refuse an offer.
Please include the magic word (Fuecoco Loco) in your comment to show that you have read and understood my rules.
Negative feedback will be left for rescinding a sale, for non-payment of a committed sale, or for payments not sent within the specified time frame.
Once a transaction is complete, the item(s) is delivered and/or feedback has been left, comments containing sensitive information will be screened for privacy.
Allergy warning: I have 2 cats and a dog (Shiba Inu). There may be a stray pet hair since they can sneak past me. All items are inspected before being sent.
Some items may be cross-listed on another forum. Priority will be determined by time-stamp.

Prices are in USD.
Prices do not include PayPal fees or shipping unless specified.
Paypal only via Friends&Family! Because of new tax laws in the US, Friends&Family is preferred. Goods&Services will be used upon request. E-checks are accepted, but your item will be shipped once payment clears.
Payment plans can be formed when needed.
Payment must be sent within 24 hours after receiving a total unless there is a prior agreement. If payment is not received within 24 hours, a friendly reminder will be left, and payment must be sent within 12 hours of the reminder.
I will NOT hunt or chase you down for payment. All communication will be done through Livejournal (comments or PM) unless otherwise requested. If payment is not received within the alloted time period, I am not going to contact you on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or whatever else. Negative feedback will be left and you will be banned from my sales, auctions, and claims! No exceptions!
Shipping
I ship from Michigan.
Because of work, I am a bit of a slow shipper. Shipping times will vary depending on my schedule.
Shipping within the United States begins at $3.50.
I can ship internationally. Shipping to Canada begins at $9.50. International shipping begins at $13.50. IMPORTANT - I will provide a US Customs number, and this number should act as a tracking number. Some countries do not support electronic USPS delivery confirmation. If your country is not on this list (See Exhibit 252.22) or you want a guaranteed tracking number, please request tracking.
I will inform you when your item(s) has been shipped or of any delays (i.e. bad weather, car troubles, illness, etc.).
I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged (US or Int'l) packages once they have left my possession.
If you have read and understood my rules, please include the magic word below somewhere in your comment. This word signifies that you have read and understood my rules. If you forget the magic word, I will inform you that it is missing, and you will have eight (8) hours from my comment to reply with that word; when that time period has elapsed, I will inform you of the time lapse, and the item will pass to the next person in queue.

All updates regarding your claim will be made on this post.
Claims from the same month will automatically be combined unless requested otherwise.
If you would like to combine orders from different months or items from my sales, please let me know.
Claims will be determined on a first come, first serve basis.
Please comment with your shipping location when requesting a claim.
I will only place the order if the vast majority of items/all items are claimed. The quicker the spots are claimed, the sooner I will place the order. I will let you know when the seet has been ordered.
If there is enough interest, I will place more than one order.
I will let you know if there are any changes--such as price decreases/increases, delays, cancellations, etc.
In case I am unable to order a certain set or if the order is not fulfilled, I will notify you as soon as possible!
IMPORTANT! By claiming an item, it means that you have read and understood my rules.
IMPORTANT! Only claim an item if you are sure that you want the item. I will notify you when I place the order, and backing out of your claim once I have placed the order or any time after is not permitted!
Failure to pay for or backing out of a confirmed and committed claim will result in you being banned from my Sales, Auctions, and Claims! No exceptions!

Payment
I will notify you when payment is expected. Please be prepared to send payment once it is requested.
In most cases, there will be two payments. However, some items may require three payments if a middleman service is involved. Items that require three payments will be marked with the following Bee symbol: 🐝

If there is one Payment, payment will be due when the items arrive.
If there are two (2) Payments:
❅ Payment 1 will be the price listed, which is the cost of the item plus shipping to me and fees. Payment 1 will be due once I am invoiced for the items.
❅ Payment 2 will be the cost of shipping from me to you and fees. Payment 2 will be due once the items arrive to me.
If there are three payments:
❅ Payment 1 will be the price listed, which is the cost of the item plus shipping and fees incurred by using a middleman. Payment 1 will be due once I am invoiced for the items.
❅ Payment 2 will be the cost of shipping from the middleman to me. Payment 2 will be due once the items arrive to my middleman.
❅ Payment 3 will be the cost of shipping from me to you. Payment 3 will be due once the items arrive to me.
IMPORTANT! All Payments must be sent within 24 hours of receiving notice unless otherwise specified. I will send a friendly reminder if payment has not been sent within the time frame specified. I am patient and understanding of everyone's individual circumstances, especially if you let me know beforehand, but please do NOT take advantage of my patience and understanding.
IMPORTANT! Please be respectful and responsible when a payment is due. I am NOT going to chase you down for payment. I am not going to contact you on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or whatever else.
