today my ex told me she wanted to kill herself. i know she doesn't have the nerve; even if she wants to "show them all" the worst she can do is run a thubtack up and down her arms in art class. she was trying to blackmail me into talking to her again, dragging me back into her narcisistic world with the threat of self-harm. so you know what i said?
