For any video and audio requests you would be better off posting at the Pla_Media community.
I don't have the video you're looking for, but it has been uploaded, in several parts, on YouTube. And it is subbed. You can at least watch it there until you find someone who can upload it for you.

No problem ^_^ They made that community so this one doesn't get bogged down with requests, which tends to happen a lot on j-rock communities.
