Maybe if you used some textures on the backgrounds of the icons it'd be less plain? A texture that just enhances the image more - like that grunge dotty stuff or something. Just a suggestion, it might not even look good like that, haha.

This totally reminds me of my main neopets account from ...6~7-ish years ago that got banned along with my baby shoyru. ;___;
