This is wonderful, and I think totally how dogs/wolves/people are! Something I've been thinking of doing (but am in a Real Life crap fest of no time no money and a dead computer so I have to share with My Mother when I'm in my 30 and so forth)is doing a story from Deif's point of view. Like how the Wolf got Ray K to admit he was in love with Benny or something. You seem like a dog person, you wanna try it?

What I'm saying is, this was wonderful and I need more of it!

I think there are already some stories where Dief plays matchmaker. My fave is one in which Fraser is mooning after Ray and Dief tells him that he is too late in any case, b/c Ray already has a beau... which fires Fraser with desperate jealousy and eventual action. I'll find the link for you when I get home.

Diefenbaker knows for a fact that the latter is untrue, but since there is nothing wrong with his sentiments, Diefenbaker does not correct him. It's possible that Ray has changed his mind. Entrails are, after all, very tasty.

I almost added, "especially together with cheese", but I thought that might be a bit too much, lol. Also, I'm not sure how Dief would know that since he can't get ahold of cheese himself and Fraser would almost certainly frown on garnishing entrails for him. Maybe for something special like Thanksgiving dinner. (bad, disgusting thoughts going through my head now)
