Can't decide. Need more info about the special ingredients. What made each of them so special?

The beef just comes from really well raised cows... the tuna took seven days to get. The fishermen kept getting sharks and spearfish, but no tuna.

In that case I think I would have to go with the beef.

The special ingredient is usually what sells me on the dish, so I am actually glad to hear they are spending more time on that. Tell us more about the special ingredient next time! :)

How were the items prepared? The "variety feast" makes it sound like maybe several dishes were made from each special ingredient, sort of like Iron Chef? Or was that just the name of a single dish?

Tuna's my favourite food on that entire list, so I don't even need to think
(Tuna for breakfast again this morning :D )

How do you prepare your tuna breakfast?

I don't really do different stuff for breakfast. Yesterday I had tuna steaks with dribbles of tabasco with tomatoes drenched in cider vinegar. On separate plates because I don't like the flavours mixing. Today I had tuna and sweetcorn melted medium cheddar and rice noodles.
