I wanted to postpone my commentary on the weekend's test until I found some resolution to a certain event which occurred during the event that I've avoided mentioning until now. But first, let me do a quick rundown of how the 4.5 hour exam progressed.

Wow. I'm sorry things went so wrong. At least it wasn't a worse injury. And I'm very glad you weren't injured like that.

Well, it wasn't all wrong, but this is certainly a heavy issue not only for the sparring participant but also the school. There's much to discuss here and I'm worried about the fall-out.

Sure, it very well could have happened to me just as easily as it did him, but I'm glad it didn't. :D
