I received a box in mail today from mahannie57 containing an awesome surprise. It seems she'd been plotting this one for a while, and it's finally come to fruition!

Hapapy Birthday, on the day that it's your birthday in the past... ;)

I like your montage.

It's sort of like having two birthdays, except that the people I'd party with are 6000 miles away.

Glad you liked the silliness.

Tim Burton wants your contact info for his next project. Nicely done.

Unfortunately, I'm quite booked for the forseeable future. I'll keep him in mind for future projects.

So glad it arrived safely and that you had so much fun with it! !!! That montage is made of awesome-sauce!

It was a tough choice for the scent, it was down to Mountain Dew scent versus the Mocha. I, of course, went for the one that we share a love of.

The Space Invaders were a bonus for having to wait so long for the order, and I knew that I had to send them along with the controller.

Oh, and I'd be remiss not to thank Greg, as he's the one who clued me in on which controller to pick.

As always, my lady, you are most wise. Mocha is far more preferrable to Mtn. Dew, and seeking Greg's assistance was a good choice. (As opposed to Beemer, who would probably give you a trackball.)

The idea came to me almost immedately after seeing the contents, so it's not like I spent a lot of time thinking it over. It just happened. Fate, or whatever that means to you, is to blame for this flavor of insanity.

Thank you!

Thank you, but it's a feeble attempt at humor using the crude tools that I have on hand. It's low-brow humor at best, and not one deserving of such praise.

No procrastination was involved, in fact. The idea came almost immediately after seeing the contents, and my homework was pretty light that day anyway. Events just lined up well.
