I played Gears of War for the first time ever this weekend, and have already beaten it on casual and played through half of the game on hardcore. I swear to God, I've not had this much fun with a video game in ages. Condemned and Dead Rising are still on my list of things to play (I've played enough of both now to know they kick much ass

The 360 is looking good right now.

Gears of War looks amazing. The gameplay is great. And yet it still feels a bit hollow trying to aim a gun with a joystick.

Everything STILL pales in comparison to Counterstrike for me. There is just no game that has even approached CS: Source. It's absolutely perfect.
