Gak! Oni-Con really ate into the checking account. I splurged. Like... all over the place. I'm glad I did, but I may have cratered my bank's vault in the process.

As soon as I can, I'll take pics of all the booty I've plundered... swords, super mushrooms, bookbags, books, t-shirts, et cetra.

(Oh, and I know my fanboyness is showing, but 'Garden' is also a really bitchin' song, with beautiful lyrics at that. Remember what I was saying about emo Japanese rock and the singers doing these 'fake-crying' performances? There's a live version of Garden where it's not faked.)

'Garden' is probably my favorite so far. And the music video is the first where I was like, "Mmmm... Kyo looks good." ^^;

Lol. You, me, and the rest of the fandom all concur -- they looked much better with makeup on. Of course Kyo's thing has always been to sort of look extreme -- the drummer (Shinya) and bassist (Toshiya) used to wear really elaborate dresses and good makeup. They were so gorgeous ;_;

Yeah, I was doing a lot of looking around last night... the band lately looks a lot more like a current American rock group... more generic. Do they not dress up at all anymore? That's so sad panda... or something. ;;

But dude, I saw this one video of the band in a semi-interview, and Shinya... gah... he was HOT, and I'm not even into guys. I mean, like, smoking. He didn't say much of anything, though... just smacked Die to get him to speak up. I'm sure you've seen it already. ^^;

Oh, and I'm thinking lately I might want to add another Shinya cosplay to my list of ideas. I was thinking of redoing a brand new version of the one I did a few days ago, but this outfit looks like it'd be twice as fun to wear... and if you look at it, it's detailed, but doesn't look terribly difficult. I'd also take the second chance to fix my hair up and work on the makeup.

The idea has me giddy. :3
