In LA it's usually not too bad. You have to go outside, you know it's going to be 72 degrees and clear so who cares?

They keep trying to ban smoking in bars in Florida - most indoor places already are no smoking - but it's met with a lot of resistance. In the summer, even at night, it's likely to be 85 and 70% humidity if it's not actually raining. Who wants to go smoke in that???
