Two Akame Drabbles

_Coming Home_
Jin comes home late that night, late and tired. He takes off his shoes and drags himself to the bathroom, glancing at the closed bedroom door behind which he can imagine his beautiful Kame sleeping peacefully. He tries not to make any noise because he doesn’t want to wake him up. He washes his face with cold water and smiles bitterly at the shadows under his eyes that the make-up girl worked so hard to cover. He takes off his clothes and puts on the nightwear Kame has folded for him on the stool near the washbasin as he always do. Jin loves this habitude because everything Kame touches keeps his fragrance. It’s not a fragrance from a perfume or a shampoo or anything else. It’s just Kame’s, just as he is.
Jin heads for the bedroom, tiptoeing until he is by his side of the bed. He unfolds the covers just a bit and slips under them. As soon as he lays down, Kame’s arm circles his waist. Jin kisses his forehead softly, smiling as the tiredness of a long day vanishes. He pulls his still sleeping lover closer, embracing him. He falls asleep cradled by the sound of Kame breathing lightly on the skin of his neck.
Jin’s sleep is peaceful and without dreams, as it always is when Kame is beside him. ‘Cause Kame’s all he’s ever wished for.

_Family _
Kame’s sitting on the edge of the bed, hands folded in his lap. He looks up at Jin when he enters the room, just for a brief moment before lowering his gaze again. He stares at his feet and doesn’t say anything.
Jin approaches him and kneels down in front of him, taking the other’s right and with his own and raising his chin with the other hand. He leans in to kiss him but Kame pulls away.
“Kazu, is something wrong?” Jin asks softly.
“I shouldn’t be here. I shouldn’t be with you. I can’t give you what you want.” Kame whispers, voice shaking.
“What are you talking about? You’re all I want.”
“No… I can’t make you happy.”
“That’s not true. Just seeing you makes me so happy. Don’t say these things.”
He hugs Kame, who tries to pull away again but Jin’s grip is too strong. The latter feels a teardrop falling on the bare skin of his collarbone. He pulls back a little to look at the other in the eyes.
“Kazu, what happened?”
“You should leave me.” the boy says between tears “I’m not able to give you the family you want. We can’t even get married. I can’t give you children.”
Jin just hugs him tighter, finally understanding what’s been worrying him.
“I don’t need anyone else. You’re my family. Even if it’s just the two of us it’s the best family I could dream of. Don’t say anything like that again. Don’t ever question my love for you.”
“I love you.” Kame sobs, finally responding to the embrace “I don’t want to leave you…”
“We will never be apart. Because I love you.” Jin promise.
My second attempt at Akame drabbles. Hope it wasn’t too bad! ^^’
I’d actually planned only the second drabble but when I started writing it turned out completely different from how I wanted it so I just wrote two drabbles… My minds really works in a strange way… XD
