I didn't have time to weigh in yesterday. But today I got on the scale and...

145.2!!!

I am officially down in the 145 zone, which means I've reached my first goal! Pretty nail polish, here I come!

I don't have a tape measure with me today, so I'll do my 145-lb measurements tomorrow. :)

I only reward myself if I lose weight healthily, and then it's never with food because that's just backwards (you ate really well this week! you get a doughnut! ...doesn't really make sense.)

I would comment on your journal, but I think that a lot of my comments wouldn't be so supportive...I'm really against the pro-ana/pro-mia attitude a lot of people on LJ and Tumblr seem to have and by reading over a few entries I think a lot of my comments would be along the lines of "stop purging/calorie restricting and go see a doctor" and a lot of people get really pissed when I say things like that...So IDK if you really want my input because I'm brutally honest!

I usually have to do the opposite of restricting--I have pretty much no appetite (leftover from some shitty treatment for an illness I had a few years ago) and have to constantly remind myself to eat. For me it's less about restricting "calories" per se, and more about restricting unhealthy calories--so if it's the end of the day and I know I haven't eaten enough, I'll make sure I eat, like, 400 calories of whole grain pasta with veggies as opposed to 400 calories of EZ Mac.
