Mukuro doesn't harm people directly unless he's fighting them - but if they get hurt while he's possessing them, it's not his problem, so he thinks |D But I will warn away! And he may have a harder time with Elphaba, they could easily become enemies XD

The only three I can see Mukuro taking interest in on my end are Sora, Rukia, and Dante. Dante doesn't post much but he's a very hard nut to crack, Sora's a derp and Rukia is careful, but I'm sure Mukuro could bypass her, she's been possessed before
