Title: Wreckage

Genre: Peter!Gen

Summary: He’s being slightly melodramatic but he supposes that’s ok for a guy who’s died four times today.

A/N: ava_leigh_fitz got me thinking about Heroes fic. Then she gave me the lyric prompt. Then she betaed this. Ava rocks.

( He thinks he probably looks like he’s in a daze to the people passing on the street, wishes that were actually the case. )

Now I freely confess that my knowledge of Heroes is rudimentary at best. I know who Peter is and who his family is but nothing more.

Anyway, what I *still* got is the beauty of the words in your story. Now I realize, that's a weird way to put it but mostly I just enjoyed the way you described Peter's feelings (I *loved* the "ennui" part)

By the way, my favourite tag of yours? Must be "shoes". You're a woman after my own heart ;)

I adore the fact that you picked up on that feeling of being insubstantial. I think Peter's prone to those tendencies anyway, so it just kind of seemed to fit.

That's really moving... beautiful. I never thought of Peter's fate quite like that, so ... eegads. Yeah, they don't end up all crazy like Linderman because having a superpower is all fun and games. Poor kid.
