As of this afternoon, we are once again proud homeowners. Despite some early hick-ups, the closing went smoothly, and we are done (done, done, DONE!) dealing with the title company. Just for the record Fidelity National Title sucks--they cost a lot and seemed to do very little. maxemulien spent way to much time the last couple of weeks playing go between

congrats on the house! so so awesome! drove through corvalis the other day and wished I could come find you to say hi! soon enough...we'll have to catch up in person. perhaps when the newest member of the fam is born I can come for a visit to say hi/help out again.....
