Thanks to everyone for their good thoughts and well wishes for maxemulien's job interviews. Sorry not to have updated sooner, but I didn't want to jinx anything. Both his interviews last week went well, though he felt the one on Friday went better, and he was right. They called up yesterday morning to offer him a position, and after a bit of negotiation,
