Figures. I'd been uninformed/ambivalent about O'Connor up until now. Then I decided I _really_ wanted her to take over for Rehnquist as chief justice, after reading her dissent in the land seizure case. It'll be a loss- does it also threaten Roe v Wade? Rehnquist's retirement was not supposed to, but O'Connor has supported it...
