I've met a few celebrities.  Cindy Crawford came to the store where I worked to sign copies of her book.  She was a total diva bitch.
John Walsh, father of John Walsh, came to the store to sign one of his books.  He was warm and friendly. He spent time talking to the employees while he was there.

Met Loretta Lynn on a USO tour in Germany.  She was ( Read more... )

Cindy took over our break room for the day. No employees were allowed in there period. We had to close all the doors opening to the back hallway so we could not see or speak to her as she walked through there. She refused to sign books for the employees who were working during her book signing. We could only have a book signed if we stood in the line with the customers. Since most of us were working we couldn't stand in line. Even the employees around her during the signing were not allowed to talk to her, but only her manager. She walked around with her nose in the air and didn't even smile at anyone.

This is why I really appreciate the ones who don't let their heads get big like this. I got turned off Kevin Sorbo at DragonCon because you had to pay to even speak to him. You weren't allowed to talk to him while he signed autographs unless you paid a fee over the autograph fee.

James really seems to shine at these events!

I've met a few minor Scottish Celebraties, but as I was at work, I never spoke to them. It was the Danish Food Centre, and they were just doing their shopping.

The store where I worked had many of the Dallas Cowboys football players and their wives come in and shop. Usually they were very friendly. Steve Harvey, a comedian, lived close to the store and shopped there as well. He wasn't always very nice.

James is so good with his fans. He is like a kid and gets all excited.
