We only like the white meat of a turkey. The restaurant we use does smoked and Cajun-Fried Turkey. It's a Texas based barbecue restaurant. We are having Spiral-Cut Honey Ham this year instead of turkey for Thanksgiving. We'll have turkey at Christmas.

Close to my home town, we have a restaurant called the Turkey Shop. They have Thanksgiving style food year round. They raise their own turkeys. It's on the service road of a major highway. Their parking lots is always full of cars and trucks. You know it's good food when truckers eat there.
