I saw this on tvguide.com and laughed out loud.

In the strangest cameo of the year, George W. Bush's (fake) severed head
made an unexpected appearance on Game of Thrones.

I was born and raised in TX, but Bush is a joke. I can't stand him.
So this made me laugh so hard.
