Kathryn was used to going through the portal now, since they had started becoming yearly occurrences but it still took her a moment to adjust to her surroundings, making sure that she was still in Fandom.

With a grin she took out the phone that she had made a point of making sure was on her and pressed a familiar number. If her calculations were right then her mum would be on the Rhode Island.

Naomi startled when she heard the ringing of her phone and made her way over to where she kept it.

She immediately grinned when she saw who was calling and answered, "hi Kathryn,"

Kathryn grinned when she heard her mum on the other end, "so I guess I don't have to tell you which kid showed up this weekend," she said with a smirk, "hi mum," she added.

"So it's that time of the year again," Naomi remarked, as she sat back down at the table. She wondered if she should get Icheb to come and say hello to his daughter, "so has it been a year for you as well?"
