All of those are hot sex on a platter.

BUT:

#1 is too James Bond-ish.
#2 is boring and predictable
#3 is nice, but you look more like a Groomsman
#4 is the right combination. A bowtie and vest for the dressy style, plus the detail cuts at the bottom of the vest draw attention without making you look fat from being tucked in. And the all-white detail is just way too handsome!
