No on both accounts. And I doubt the UK would show the trailer before it anyway, they showed the first one before Harry Potter but I never got to see it, I think my viewing of HP was the only one which didn't show the NM trailer rofl. This comment was longer than I planned.

That is surprising, because most of the HP screenings in Canada showed the New Moon trailer, where I facepalmed while my mother and other older people in the theatre, watched.
