I think I like this year's outfit better but last year's hair better. I liked the extensions at the Korea event, but something was off about them last night.

the tweed dress is not my thing.
idk, the whole outfit screams '90 in a bad way. besides it awfully similar to the one that ashley wore during mtv music awards.
