honestly Dakota's version is okay but sometimes you can hear her own voice and it's kinda weird. I'm really disappointed we don't get to hear more of Kristen's, all we hear is 'Cherry bomb!" :[

I'd have to go with Joan's.

Personally, I don't like Dakota's voice to sing this song, but I can't say I like Kristen's because we can't hear her without Dakota's voice on top of it. I really wish there was an only-Kristen version of Cherry Bomb.

I know. like, wtf? there was barely even any point in fucking crediting Kristen in the track. she sings, what, ten words? I mean as many times as they sing the lyrics 'cherry bomb' anyway.

I'm really gonna be pissed if it's the same way with the other song Kristen supposedly sings (isn't it Queens of Noise?) and wasn't she supposed to perform I Love Playing With Fire? what happened to that?

if I made any grammatical mistakes or didn't make sense in some parts I apologize, I am the complete opposite of sober right now and can't even see the keyboard/screen straight......

I always have to go with the original on these kind of questions, just out of respect for the artist/s.

oh man, this is a very difficult poll. Have to say i was very impressed by Dakota's version, but i think Joan's is more badass.

The original. DakotaStew's version is not as aggresive as JJ's and Cherie's one. Dakota's singing is def. not at all what I expected it to be but it's still not as good as the others.
Then JJ's version is okay but her voice is too aggresive and too... rough. She really has that 'growling' voice and I feel like it doesn't fit Cherry Bomb.
Cherie has the perfect voice for it. Aggresive, yet not too much, sort of deep. Just perfect.

Normally I would say Joan Jett >>> The Runaways but for this song I think Cherie's voice suits it more.
