I'm glad the party went well! Haha, I think all babies get to cover themselves in their first cake. I know Jama and Kat did. ;)

That discussion would have upset me, too. We had one at work the other day about free range chickens vs. chickens held in tiny cages. The older lady at work said she doesn't see the difference in the eggs. I said it makes a difference to the chicken! She didn't get it, though.

Seems to be a thing, yeah... To have a cake-covered baby on their first birthday... ;-) Me and Peting apparently got to do it to, according to our mothers. :-D

Yeah... One might think that my family knows how much I love the Four Great North Predators what with my freaking TATTOO!!! But hey. :-P

:-D She's had two birthday-parties, so I'd say she got spoiled just like it's supposed to be. ;-)

I shall be away over the weekend, so happy birthday in advance to Alexandra!

Have a wolf icon, to help you get over that conversation.

That IS a gorgeous wolf-icon! o.O *stares* I ADORE those animals!

And Alexandra has had two birthday-parties and been truly spoiled... So I'd say she's been celebrated like she should. :-D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALEXANDRA! and i'm so glad that the next time will be at your place. this is actually something you've been peripherally mentioning for a few years now... i'm glad your family compromised especially considering how much you love them and how you go far out of your way to see them whenever you can.

Yeah, I relaly do love my family very very much... So even though I do complain about our trips all the time, that still stands. It is my love that pulls me to drive there with regularity. :-P

I am very glad they seemed to be understanding though. :-) So I hope for an awesome 2nd birthday here at our place next year! :-D

Alexandra did great during both parties, though. Such a good girl!
