I'm Keri, and I'm a friend of Jack Harkness.

That's an interesting way of putting it! ;)

Go outside! Enjoy the pretty while you can!

Because sometimes the old language just doesn't cover it :D

And I did! I got stuck in a lot of traffic and spent $90 that wasn't mine on a sweater-dress thing the internet says doesn't exist, but it was pretty out!

I handled it well once I got over thinking "they know my shirt's from Goodwill and my jeans are from Walmart and my shoes are from Payless and they are all JUDGING ME" and ended up with a DKNY sweater-dress thing that the internet says doesn't exist. It's various shades of purple and I like it!

There's a National Coming Out Day? Ohhh yeah I remember this. I fail so hard at so many things, embracing sexuality included. I should take lessons. They should have a TV show for this.

Agreed. Fandom heals wounds and teaches us patience as well as life-lessons. I consider it a support group whenever someone uses an Airofday or hawt Az icon - well, the whole slashy thing in general. *nodnod* In my old fandom, slash was feared like rabid rats.
