I need to stop doing things like drinking so much coffee in the morning that I feel drunk. Okay, it was just two coffees, but they were in very quick succession. *drums fingers on desk* I think I want more

Coffee is good. I can't do anything in the morning without at least one venti coffee from Starbucks. Skinny ginger muffin is optional, but definitely preferred.
I like the idea of a book of the month/week thing, if only because it would force me to buy some new books so that I could keep up. As soon as I've finished Fear of the Dark (awesomely awesome Fifth Doctor book), I'm going to reread The Taint.
And yes, I have had a third coffee now as well. It's the office's own fault for supplying us with unlimited free instant java. Further proof that lawyers = evil.
My problem is I've read (most of) the (Eight) books (with Fitz in them) about twenty times (give or take nineteen). What really prompted the idea was re-reading Anachrophobia and realizing that I LOVE it. We go on and on about how most of the books are crap, but I couldn't put that one down this time through. It was a bit unsettling.
I've only managed to get my hands on a few DW books, and I reread them religiously :P There are a few I don't like - Fear Itself nearly killed me - but I can bear most of them. I still think it's a great idea.
I'm tempted to start a "book of the month/week/nanosecond"-type thing over on henriettastreet but it seems a bit daft somehow.
But why? It might get a bit more traffic going at the comm, and it might force some of us to read some of the books that we haven't read in, oh, years. Ahem. That is, if I can finish a book in a month. if I keep reading three books all at the same time on top of working full-time, I don't think I'll ever finish another book again.
