Information, Terms & Conditions
Please read these before making a purchase request.
What you need to know:
1. Serious buyers only, please.
2. All pieces are handmade.
3. Currently, I'm working on getting some hypoallergenic earring hooks but until then my pieces are made with nickel hooks with the occasional piece containing silver-plated hooks.
4. After a completed transaction, all comments pertaining it will be deleted. Comments in the feedback entry though will NOT be deleted.
Buying and Shipping Information:
1. When you see an item you would like, please leave a comment with the following information so that I can reply with an appropriate price:
Name of item (or number):
Your E-mail address:
Method of Payment:
Shipping Destination (ie. state or country):

I accept Paypal, money orders and VERY well-concealed cash.
3. I ship to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Shipping and Handling costs is typically 2 US dollars depending on how much you buy.
4. Items will be shipped through the regular U.S. post in bubble envelopes ONLY after full payment has been confirmed or received.
5. All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include Postal or Paypal expenses.
6. If sending payment by mail, please make sure to include your LJ username and the name of the item you desire.
7. If I do not receive payment within ONE week after confirmation of request, the item will go back on the market.
8. If you wish to wait before making your purchase you have the option of holding an item. You have up to ONE week to reply back stating you are ready with your payment before it will go back on the market.

1. KS Designs is not responsible for items during and post shipment. Items are sent in bubble envelopes to ensure protection.
2. KS Designs will not send items before receiving full payments.
3. When sending payment via Paypal, you will pay all necessary expenses.
4. If payment is not received within one week of request, KS Designs reserves the right to end transaction and repost item on market.
5. All sales are final.
