Airshows! I used to do those with my Dad too. We have the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds as our top Military flights here :) But the Red Arrows sound similar!

Oo, it is scary when your mom falls down, isn't it? I do hope she recovered okay!

Her name actually makes sense as well. Mum and Phil have been married for 10 years, and that 10 year anniversary is marked with "metal", and a tuppence is an old kind of English coin, which was metal =D

The Red Arrows are the Royal Air Force stunt display team. They are the most well known stunt display team in the UK.

It is! She was fine, I packed her knees in ice when we got home to help with the bruising.

Pubs are good, just was a really annoying end to a really good day.

Oh dear, I'm glad your mom is okay. Low blood pressure can be scary. (Especially trying to explain to helpful bystanders.)

I love airshows! I can't always handle the noise, but they are soooo cool. :D
