Gel #1 was not running at all tonight when I checked it around 9PM. The problem was the new base electrophoresis apparatus, so I lifted the gel out and poured the buffer into a new chamber.
So the gel just started running at 9PM. If you're the first one in tomorrow, make sure to let gel #1 run a couple of hours longer than #2. I already called Wally's cell and left a message to let him know, but I'm too lazy to call you. :P
