BLF - 1528 words. Though it doesn't really make up for missing yesterday, it's a step in the right direction. It's so bizarre to think that all the inspiration I need is a freaking deadline. I would seriously consider going back to school for Creative Writing if I wasn't so damn certain I want to be a doctor.

Well, I don't know who came up with the national version of the NaNoWriMo, but we can thank our own Liz for pushing this idea within our little group. She paticipated in the November NaNoWriMo and found it inspirational in the same way we do (Freedom From Chokehold Self-Editing!!). It was also her idea to have our own version in the spring, away from the hoohah of the national event, when everyone else is putting up intimidatingly competing stats.

So yay for Liz, and yay for you, chicka! Great work!

Self-editing is always a big problem for me, too. @___@ In fact, thus far in the current NaNoWriMo, I haven't been just slapping down the words like I should be; I've been editing a bit as I go, etc., which is probably why I'm currently in last place. :P Must get over that...! *determination*

Anyway, must go do work now, but...you're in the lead, you fiend!! XD I must catch up. *__*
