Well, my 30th birthday is fast approaching on Sunday. Not stressing it, no idea why so many women seem to stress about turning 30. Well...computer at home hates me, and still looking for work. But have an interview today so who knows. Have to call my father about our trip to Bermuda...damn he always wants to chitchat.

Hard times at work. Kids were away and they unlearned everything they had learned from me before that. They don't want to listen, whine, run to mom for everything, putting EVERYTHING in their mouth. Swapping between frantic cleaning and aching loneliness. Time is going so slowly, and feel that although I have been cleaning all day I have not accomplished anything. Only day 2 off work, 2 weeks to go..
Everyone feels so far away. Takes to much effort to talk, just silence thru my house.

Why is it that our families, those who are supposed to be our shelter and support so often are the ones who make life almost unbearable. I was forcefully reminded this evening why I keep telling myself that I am done trying to help my mother and sister.
