Apparently the poway information is incorrect and an error. (According to cbs8, no other confirmation)

poway site seems to indicate that it's true. God... who is correct?

News 8 just said again that no portions of poway that were under Mandatory Evacuations were open. (11:32am)

I just flipped to KUSI and they were talking about allowing residents back in Poway. The UT fireblog also confirms this. I'm confused now...

So am I. Especially since CBS cites the police, when Poway is a Sherrif controlled city.
