Lads, I have MASTITIS!  As well being sore in the boob area, I've also been having bad nausea and a painkiller-resistant headache.   Actually, it's starting to get better now. I think I've had it for about a week, but I was ignoring it because I thought it was something else (gross) that would go away on its own.   I went to the doctor yesterday

Please, take the whole course of antibiotics.

Hmm? Ok, I will. It's only a week.

I don't like them because I worry about my gut flora and fauna, poor little guys.

That's good. It's important to take the whole course of antibiotics, or the bugs that survive get resistant, and even harder to get rid of.

Really? I didn't know that. I thought resistant bugs arose from antibiotics being prescribed willy nilly and the public demanding them for all sorts of minor conditions! I promise I will take all my pills.

Ah the soreness wasn't too bad. I found the headache and nausea much worse.

I'm nearly better now in any case :)
