Claire Goes to Preschool

Claire started preschool today.  This brings up a lot of weird emotions in me, not because I'm worried about how she'll do, but because I'm not sure how *I'm* going to do.  I mean, she's not supposed to be in pre-school yet.  She wasn't born that long ago, she can't really be old enough.  Sigh

Your baby goes to preschool as mine is getting married! It never ends, Dave. They spend their entire lives growing up and away, just as they were meant to. Right?

Right, and growing closer to us until they're permanent pieces of our hearts, making it all the harder for us to let go, little-by-little.
