It's quite a unforeseen thing since I was playing my Bacc a few days ago and I visited this lot so I could unlock a carreer in the artist carreer. I found this lot was so boring. But I'm too lazy to change it. Even if I wasn't... Damn, jalous! =3

Yeah, the orignilan building was... super Maxis. I might upload it, if you'd prefer to swap it? It's full of OSMPs and has quite a lot of cc, though :V

This is fabulous! Love the post-modern floor. The giraffe and urinal are brilliant. And the flamingo installation.

The original lot is nearly useless. I think I've had my sims go there maybe twice in all these years.
