I got most of it from YJapan auctions, The Star Locket was from eBay.

Yeah, they don't ship to the US, I use a deputy service that bids for me. The package is shipped to them, and then they send it to me.

I got creative with the star locket for sure! It's my favorite so far.
If your talking about the gold heart locket with Sailor moon's blue head on it, I got that one from YJapan. Unless your talking about the smaller non-blue one, I got that from ebay. There's a buy-it-now heart locket necklace on ebay right now. But I would wait for a cheaper one, plus there's around 2 available in the YJapan auction site.

Hello, I know I just saw this locket last week on ebay. I don't remember the brand, but it was up there, I would try and look up "locket" in the search and only look at ones being sold in the USA only, under advanced options, Hope you find it!
