My post pregnancy training has come off to a flying start. My physio recommended a pilates trainer - and she's good. Way good. After an hour's lying around on a mat squeezing invisible muscles, I'm exhausted.

Baby salsa class tomorrow, and then riding lessons0 on wednesdays! And Friday's, we train the sitting bone and pop corn arm with baby cinema ( Read more... )

i'm not sure that it's worth becoming a medical miracle and giving birth, but afternoon cinema is just sooo much better than going in the evening.

uhm. well, no. yes. I mean, you just lie around on a mat for an hour, and try to do tiny invisible squeezes of muscles you didn't know existed. So it's not exactly sweat breaking, but at times you do five repeats and start trembling with exhausted muscles...
