I also started work at about 7:45 (I try and show up 15 min early). I get the option of when I start. I think I could work 10 to 6 at the latest. Even though it means I get up at 6 I do it.
I.V. was their first single in about 10 years and appeared on the SAW IV OST. They are a pretty big deal in Japan. Last year they sold out in Tokyo Dome three nights in a row.
Yoshiki also produced the music for "Repo! The Genetic Opera" (which some people hated but I personally loved).
10 to 6 is brutally close to what I work all the time, by comparison.
I didn't HATE Repo, but I didn't love it to a ridiculous degree - I thought it had some cool parts, but I think I was coming into it with misconceptions about what it would be about (that it might be a slasher-type flick, based on the dad's job).
The singing was great & everything, but I could have used more action/gore. I loved Tokyo Gore Police and Poultrygeist, after all!

Also, I only know like one X Japan song, the one that one was included in the 20 free songs downloadable from purchasing Rock Band 2
(looks it up)
It was I.V., I've guitar-ed that probably close to a half-dozen times. The starting riff is pretty good, but less good for the rest of the song.
